Every plan includes the same 40 hours a month. Longer plans are paid upfront and cost less per month.

Not included: third-party costs such as fonts, stock images, hosting or printing. If a request needs one, you'll know the cost before anything is bought.

What's not part of it
Anything visual is fair game. Work outside design, such as copywriting, managing your ads or development beyond a small landing page, isn't part of the 40 hours.

Choose your plan
1, 3, 6 or 12 months. The monthly plan renews every 30 days from your start date. Longer plans are paid upfront.

Whenever you need something, send it over by email. Big or small, one at a time or a batch.

Requests are picked up within 24–48 hours and delivered Monday to Saturday. Busy weeks and quiet weeks balance out across the month.

Sundays and public holidays are family days. You'll still get a reply, and work picks up again the next working day.
Limited spots, on purpose
We commit to you, so we keep it small.
Tixely is a small studio, so we only take on a few subscriptions at a time. That's how we can reserve real hours for every client and give each project proper care.
You'll work with one person the whole way through, not a rotating team of five. If every spot is taken, start a project anyway and we'll let you know as soon as one opens up.

Do unused hours roll over?
No. Your 40 hours are reserved for you each month whether they're used or not, which is why they can't carry over. Use them all at once or spread them out, whatever suits the month.
How quickly will things get done?
New requests are picked up within 24–48 hours. On average that's roughly 8–10 hours of work a week, used flexibly: a quiet week followed by a packed one is normal, as long as the total stays within your 40 hours.
What if my request is bigger than my hours?
We'll tell you before starting, with an honest estimate, and suggest how to split it across months or what to tackle first. No surprise overruns.
Is there a guarantee?
Yes. If the subscription isn't right for you within your first 7 days, cancel and get 75% of your first month back.
- For your first subscription with Tixely. It's a one-time offer per client, so you can try working together without risk.
- Applies if you've used 10 hours or fewer (a quarter of the month).
- On a prepaid plan, any months you haven't started are refunded in full, too.
- Email hello@tixely.com with the subject "Cancel". The refund goes back to the card you paid with.
Can I pause a month?
Prepaid plans can pause upcoming months with at least 7 days' notice. Pausing extends your plan: you still get every month you paid for, just later, and your spot is held for you.

The monthly plan has no pause. Cancel instead and come back later. Your spot isn't held, so we'll check what's available.
How do I cancel?
- Email hello@tixely.com with the subject "Cancel", any time. You'll get a confirmation by email.
- Monthly plan: cancel before your next renewal date and you won't be charged again. The month you've paid for stays valid in full.
- Prepaid plans: after the first week, months you've paid for aren't refunded, since that time is reserved for you. You keep every month, and you can pause instead.
- A month means 30 days from your start date, not a calendar month.
