    Tell us about your project

    Within 24h

    Fill out a short questionnaire. No meetings needed. You'll hear back within 24 hours (often sooner), any day of the week, including weekends and holidays.

    • If you're starting from scratch, we look at your brand, explore a few directions, and walk you through our thinking in a short video.
    • If it's a rebrand, we review everything you already have, figure out what's missing, and send the same kind of video.

  2. Phase 2

    We design

    2–4 days

    If you like what you see, we sign a simple contract and you pay 50% upfront (or as agreed). Together, or on your own if you prefer, we fill out a more detailed questionnaire that builds on the video from Phase 1.

    Then we get to work: logo directions, colors, typography. This usually takes 2–4 days, depending on scope. You'll get a video walkthrough plus a full PDF presentation of the concepts: some shown as quick explorations, our top picks developed in more depth with color and real applications. You choose the direction that feels right.

  3. Phase 3

    We finish & deliver

    Depends on package

    We finalize the chosen direction and build out everything included in your package: supporting graphics, web design, and IT setup (domain, hosting, email) if that's part of your plan.

    • Base package: usually 1–3 extra days of work.
    • Full package (with web): usually 4–10 days.

    The remaining 50% is due before final delivery. Then all your files land in your inbox.

What happens to unused hours?
